The Reforge Membership Experience
From the moment members join, they gain access to a vast range of resources to help them tackle challenges. This encompasses everything from the day-to-day challenges we face in our roles, to the longer strategic planning we’re tasked with.
For some, that means enrolling in one or all three of our cohorts available each year. Cohorts enable members to learn directly from our Executives in Residence and alongside a community of other professionals. Some join alongside other team members to tackle complex work problems together. This summer, we’re offering 12 live programs (detailed below).
For others, it’s jumping into our endless content library, including all 16 evergreen programs offered throughout the calendar year. The frameworks, concepts, and templates stored here are designed to help you solve both immediate and long-range problems — from stepping into management for the first time to deepening your experience as a leader, or standing up a diverse channel portfolio.

12 Programs to Up-Level Your Career This Summer
What is a Reforge cohort?
We offer three cohorts per year during Spring, Summer, and Fall. During a cohort, members can enroll in the live program of their choice. Each live program is led by an Executive in Residence, who brings the program material to life with live case studies, featured guest speakers, and discussion alongside hundreds of other professionals in your space tackling similar challenges.
Each program is part-time, virtual, and four or six weeks in length.
What programs are being offered this summer?
