Stephanie Kwok

Stephanie is an Executive in Residence at Reforge and the former VP of Customer Marketing at FanDuel. In her 6 years at FanDuel, Stephanie helped the company become the #1 player in sportsbetting and grow the product to millions of users, working across acquisition, retention, and monetization levers. During her time at FanDuel, Stephanie also helped start and lead FanDuel’s growth and strategy functions. In addition to Reforge, Stephanie is a career and leadership coach, and currently advises consumer startups on marketing strategy, lifecycle/retention, and hiring.

On your kickoff call, you’ll meet your EIR, preview the program content, and hear about best practices to get the most out of your program.

Week 1: Manage MARKETING Work

Learn best practices for managing and prioritizing your team's work. Examine an approach to defining marketing OKRs to up-level your management.

Week 2: MAnage marketing finances

Build your credibility with finance. Learn how to effectively manage your marketing budget and build business cases.

Week 3: Strengthen Your Org
