How Reforge Membership Works
Apply to Reforge
Our simple online application takes 5 minutes to complete. Every application is hand-reviewed on a rolling basis, and you can typically expect a decision within 1 to 2 weeks. Letters of recommendation from managers or existing Reforge members and alumni are encouraged but not required.
Select and Join A Live Program
Once accepted and you have joined, you will be able to participate in live programs in our upcoming cohorts. The Fall 2022 cohort kicks off the week of October 3. Our 4 or 6 week live programs are built and led by tech executives to help you level-up rapidly. Each part-time, virtual programs will guide you on an intensive journey surrounded by peers.

Membership Criteria
Reforge is a worldwide community of experienced product management, marketing, engineering, and other tech professionals solving meaningful problems and pushing the frontiers of the tech industry. Together, we are creating the world's most powerful platform for how to lead and grow tech companies.
What we look for in potential members
Digital Product Related Role: Because our community is built around common problems related to growing tech companies, we prioritize applicants from the functions most likely to be actively working on those problems today. This includes Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Strategic Finance, and other roles.
Relevant Company: Reforge helps unlock extraordinary growth for existing tech companies. We prioritize applicants in digital businesses that are post product-market fit. While we hope to expand our Knowledge Platform in the future, we do not currently serve early-stage start-ups and non-digital business models.
Contributors with Strong Initiative: Reforge is first and foremost a community of contributors, but you don't have to be an expert to join. We prefer active participants who ask questions, engage with others, offer ideas, and share insights. We require that new members have a couple years of relevant experience because we don't typically cover the basics.
