Josh Grau is a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in both B2C and B2B. He most recently was the CMO of Yext, a leader in enterprise search, and before that held the same position at Wealthfront, a consumer finch brand that defined the roboadvisor category. He was one of the first 150 employees at Twitter, where he spent six years scaling the business around the world. He also held senior marketing roles at YouTube and ESPN, and started his professional career as an NCAA D1 volleyball coach.
Kira Klaas
Global Head of Campaigns at Notion, Formerly at Brex, Gusto, Kiva
Kira is the current Global Head of Campaigns at Notion. Having led brand marketing teams at Brex, Gusto, and Kiva, her work bridges marketing and design, in industries spanning technology, financial services, and ecommerce. To Kira, branding is what makes up for the difference between advertising and advocacy. With a sixth sense for corporate identity and culture, and a penchant for outside-the-box brand activations, she views the balance between deep audience empathy and blue-sky creativity as the key to brand success.
Patrick Moran

Patrick is an Executive in Residence at Reforge and was previously the Head of Consumer Marketing at Houzz. He also held leadership roles at Spotify, YikYak, and was one of the earlier marketing leaders at Netflix during its transition to original content. He is currently advising earlier staged B2C companies looking to profitably scale their marketing initiatives.
